          Please note that all works featured for sale on this website are without chips and cracks, unless otherwise noted in the individual description of the piece. The characteristics of firing clay include beautiful fissures, unplanned colors, and perhaps even irregularly planned shapes in the form. This is, of course, one of the wonders of the process and happens in a spontaneous way from time to time, adding great beauty.

Some images posted here may have "high spots" or glare. These are not chips or "fleabites." As one might expect, pieces with a fair amount of glaze are difficult at best to image. If you have any questions about the works or about any design detail on them, do not hesitate to contact us here at the gallery, larson@abstractclay.com. We will respond quickly and thoroughly. We are always happy to provide additional images of any part of these works if requested to do so.

Purchasing

If you are interested in purchasing any item posted in the gallery, payment may be made by personal check, bank check, or money order. Credit card payments may be made through our PayPal account.

Shipping

We have had nearly twenty years experience shipping porcelain and pottery, and have done so with great success. Ample-sized sturdy boxes are employed (many times we double-box) allowing plenty of room for quality packing materials. We will ship through the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.) and, depending on the size of the work, we will offer a couple shipping options to you. We will only ship to recognized addresses - no Post Office boxes please. All shipments will be insured for the full purchase price of the item. If an item is purchased by a non-United States resident, please do not ask us to falsify the value of the item on the customs form. The shipping cost charged will be the actual calculated cost plus a small handling charge that will range from $2.00 to $10.00, again depending on the size of the piece and packing challenge.

Returns

The Larson Gallery will accept the return of an item only if notified within seven days of the receipt of the work. If you see an irregularity in the piece that concerns you, please contact us immediately for either an explanation or arrangement for a return. Do not return an item unless you have contacted us first.  We will provide the proper return address and procedure. Again, if there are concerns, the buyer MUST contact us within seven days of receipt of the work.

Buyer will pay the cost of return INSURED shipping. The initial shipping cost will NOT be refunded. We will refund the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. By purchasing an item from www.abstractclay.com, the buyer has agreed to all terms as stated on this page. We make every effort to verify the information stated in the individual item descriptions, and will never intentionally mislead our customers.
